Yurena Sanabria has an eye for the detail

My friend, Yurena Sanabria has an eye for the detail. Potography is her passion and the time she puts into that, is incredible. Sometimes she sits for hours and waits for the right moment. When an insect then suddenly jumps into the flower without hesitate too long she makes the perfect shoot.

She takes pictures of her “little trips” through Madrid, Ireland and other countries. Her main focus is the beauty of the nature and she just knows how to catch the perfect moment…

If you are also a fan of nature, check out her page where she collects all her works: http://www.flickr.com/photos/yurestop and her pinterest page: http://pinterest.com/yuresan/

Justin James Bridges plays music from the soul…

Justin James Bridges

JJB Song “Chances”:

A blues man born deep in the heart of Texas, Justin James Bridges plays music from the soul and doesn’t know any other way… that is how Justin describes himself… 🙂 I describe my Texan friend as an artist with full of potential to become BIG…

Self-taught by listening to legends like Jimi Hendrix, Muddy Waters, Lightnin’ Hopkins, The Doors, and Stevie Ray Vaughn, Justin’s distinctive picking style and fret work are reminiscent of earlier times in American music.

He takes dirty Southern blues, rock, funk, soul, folk, and hip-hop and makes it his own, Texasstyle. One of Justin’s early projects, Leprechaun Theory—a Texas rock trio. The band played at one of the largest, most influential, and most anticipated music events taking place each year in Austin, Texas, USA, in 2008 and 2010.

In fall 2011 Justin went to the Occupy Wall Street movement. Justin is an American Sign Language interpreter and volunteered his time to interpret for deaf activists at Occupy Portland and to make music. After the Occupy Portland camp spent over a month peacefully building community and providing social services, it was evicted in a police action at which Justin was violently attacked by the police. The attack left him in a wheelchair, unable to move his right arm and right leg. He slowly regained use of his picking hand after six months and today expects a full recovery, though he is still confined to a wheelchair.

JJB’s latest solo album, “Long Road to Nowhere,” showcases his songwriting talent and guitar work with ten tracks of blues, rock, and revolution.

My favourite songs are “Sing for me”, “Why it ended so”, “Chances”, “Why” and “Shine on”
